ShowSpace Fashion Weekend

As it's drawing to the end of my experience with ShowSpace I thought id make some time to write about some of the shows iv been fortunate enough to see.
First off, Felder Felder whose ultimately beautiful grunge inspired collection of inky techno prints and leather; dyed goats hair, feather combinationed dresses and two pieces was utterly inspiring to watch. Each look teamed up with hair by Nick Irwin (TIGI) & makeup by MAC came together particularly well with the music and overall electric atmosphere in the room.

Unfortunately I missed Jean-Pierre Braganza's Positronyx collection however managed to catch Bernard Chandran's bold statement of a show full of print, colour & innovative silhouettes. Below are a few of my favourite looks which ironically doesn't feature much colour at all but don't let that put you off.

The gown inspired pieces particularly stood out for me as some of the best looks in the collection.

And finally, Clements Ribeiro who put on a beautifully elegant show - sending look after look down the catwalk to a perfectly fitting classical piece of music. Some of my favourite pieces..
